Abigaille Gianinazzi

Born in 1991, she attended the Bachelor’s program in Communication Sciences at the University of Italian Switzerland. In 2015, she joined LAC Lugano Arte e Cultura as a customer service officer at the ticket office. Within less than a year, she was promoted to administrative collaborator and ticketing officer, strengthening her expertise in operations, audience relations, and ticketing systems. Since 2020, she has been working in the marketing department, responsible for planning and implementing marketing and sales strategies, analyzing and monitoring performance, developing promotional initiatives, and overseeing media planning. Since 2025, she has held the position of Marketing and Fundraising Coordinator, with strategic responsibility for positioning, revenue growth, and the management of relationships with partners and sponsors. She works closely with Executive Management, contributing to strategic planning, partnership development, and the financial sustainability of LAC’s cultural projects. In 2010, I took on the role of Individual Client Advisor at the Brissago branch. In December 2012, I moved to the Locarno branch in the same role, a position I held until 31.12.2018. Starting in 2019, I began my first managerial activities, taking responsibility for the agenziaVICINA team, an office where both retail and corporate clients are managed centrally by a team of advisors. Since 01.06.2024, I have been appointed as Head of the “Client Advisory and Centralized Activities” and “Client Support Services” sectors for the Retail and Corporate Area of BancaStato. Throughout my professional journey, I have always sought personal and professional growth through the acquisition of new experiences and skills, supported by continuous training processes. After obtaining the certificate, I took the Tax Expert course, graduating in 2008.
