Grégoire Bourban is working at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) as head of Space Exchange Switzerland (SXS) within the Vice-Presidency for Innovation and Impact (VPI). Funded by the Swiss Space Office of the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI/SSO) SXS promotes space in Switzerland and supports the Swiss space ecosystem to prepare for the future challenges in the space field. Thanks to a thorough professional training, Massimo Cerutti devoted himself to the development of the family business. Senior tax consultant with 22 years of experience in a leading trust company in Lugano, currently employed for 8 years in the largest private tax consultancy firm in Ticino, where I am responsible for the Swiss Tax Consultancy competence centre. I have gained excellent experience in Swiss and international taxation. I started out in accounting to learn about tax issues. The aim is to advise clients on accounting and tax issues through results-oriented consulting based on their requirements. I am highly skilled at both teamwork and independent work. Having completed the course and obtained the title of Specialist in Finance and Accounting with a federal professional certificate in 2001, I am able to handle all accounting issues. After obtaining the certificate, I took the Tax Expert course, graduating in 2008. I am able to handle national and international tax issues, thanks in particular to the experience I have gained in my 30-year career as a fiduciary. I am recognised for my excellent interpersonal skills in understanding and resolving issues for individuals and legal entities. I graduated with honours in Economics from the University of Bologna and obtained, with a merit scholarship, a Master’s degree in Economics and Banking from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Siena. I have been a CFA certified analyst in the USA since 2006. From 1999 to 2004 I held the position of Economist at BSI AG Lugano. From 2004 to 2008 I was Senior Equity Strategist at the Wealth Management Research division of UBS in Zurich and from 2008 to 2009 Specialist in Derivative Investment Solutions at UBS Lugano. From 2009 to 2014 I was Chief Investment Strategist at a leading Family Office in Lugano. Between 2014 and 2020 I was Senior Investment Advisor at BG Valeur SA – Lugano. In 2020, together with Alessandro Barbi, I decided to establish Eleutheria Wealth SA, leveraging the experience gained over the years.

Born in Milan, after earning a degree in Philosophy and gaining initial experience in the field of communication, she moved to Lugano in 2023 to specialize in fundraising in support of local cultural institutions. Since April 2025, she has been collaborating with LAC Lugano Arte e Cultura, where she is responsible for fundraising strategy, with a specific focus on relationships with grant-making foundations. Previously, she gained significant experience in the art and design sector, collaborating with MASI Lugano and managing the press office for the Superdesign Show during the Milano Design Week. Alongside her professional work, she is actively involved in volunteer activities with AnimaLeale, an association dedicated to the rehoming of companion animals. In this context, she combines her personal passion with the fundraising skills she has developed to support animal welfare causes.

Holding a master of science degree in Economics, Simona Frisoli has been active for over 20 years in marketing and communication with a unique combination of competences that range from corporate investment banking to specialized insurance services and private banking. Having lived and worked abroad in several countries, she has extensive experience in international, and multicultural organisations driving change.

Throughout his post-university experience and during his career as a consultant at SRI, he has always been close to the world of analytical data and KPIs, gaining particular skills in projects related to market surveys and digital promotion campaigns. Prior to SRI, he gained experience in the marketing and communication department of a Swiss civil engineering company.

Simone Macrì is a Software Engineering Manager with over ten years of experience in developing and managing complex software systems. An expert in application architecture and scalable solution design, he leads engineering teams in building innovative platforms for the compliance and risk management sectors.

Simone Reina, a USI Economics graduate, has nine years in auditing (four at PwC). Manager in Assurance Industrial Services, he oversees about 45 clients and multiple audits for listed groups and local firms, serving as their direct contact. He leads teams of 2–5 per engagement, drives strategy, innovation and financial oversight, and welcomes and mentors new joiners in Lugano.

After obtaining a business certicate, a master degree in law at University of St. Gallen and a master degree in economics and international institution at USI, Stefania joins UBS with a graduate training program. In 2019 she takes over the responsibility of the External Asset Manager at Credit Suisse for the Ticino Region. Since December 2023 she is client advisor for the external asset manager at BancaStato.

I hold a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin and I am currently completing my MSc in Management and Informatics at USI.
